PFDM2025 PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Thank you for submitting your presentation for PFDM2025. We appreciate your contribution and ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your presentation.

Presentation Specifications
-Format: Bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB Flash Drive. The presentation should be in 16:9 format and compatible with MS Office. Personal laptops cannot be used.
-Save your file using this format: Time_Room_SpeakerName.pptx
(e.g., 1130_Hall1_JohnDoe.pptx)
-Video files: If your presentation includes a video, bring it as a separate MP4 file for testing and troubleshooting on-site.
-An online upload facility will be available from [start date and time] to [end date and time], with the link provided by email on [specific date].

Audio Visual Equipment
Each room is equipped with:
- Screen
- Projector
- Wi-Fi
-We cannot provide teleconferencing facilities.

Speaker Preparation Room
-Location: The speaker preparation room is [Room Name], accessible via [specific location].

-Presentation Check: If you've uploaded your presentation in advance, you can check it here. If not, bring your USB Flash Drive to the technician in the speaker preparation room, who will upload it for you. Note that presentations cannot be run directly from USB or personal laptops in the session rooms. Upload your presentation at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.

Room Arrangement
- All rooms will have theatre-style seating. Due to expected attendance, alternative seating arrangements are not possible.

Presentation Timing
-Oral presentations are allocated 15 minutes each, including time for transitions. Aim for a 10-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
-Please be punctual. The extensive conference schedule requires strict adherence to the timing. Technicians will be on hand to assist with any issues.
