Submission & Revision Guideline
Stage 1: Call for papers (Closed)
As an active researcher in a relevant field, we warmly invite you to submit a 4-page manuscript to PFDM 2025. Submissions can be made either through the symposium website or by emailing the symposium secretariat, Mohammadjavad Berangi, at pfdm2025@tudelft.nl.

At this stage, manuscripts do not require a specific format, but should clearly communicate the objectives, methodology, and key findings of the work in concise, academic English. Please ensure your manuscript uses:

Font type: Times New Roman

Font size: Minimum 10 pt
All accepted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process before being scheduled for oral or poster presentation and considered for publication in the symposium proceedings. Negotiations with a suitable academic publisher are currently in progress. Further details will be made available on the symposium website.
Stage 2: Revision (Active)
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all authors for submitting their manuscripts to PFDM 2025.

Please click the "Manuscript List" button on the right. You will be directed to a platform that includes a search bar where you may locate your submission by entering either your manuscript ID or title.

Using the username and the password assigned to you, you can access your manuscript dashboard. Within the dashboard, you will find the complete review results provided by:

Based on the feedback, you are kindly requested to revise your manuscript within the time.
Please use the official template, which is available in your dashboard.
We kindly remind you to finalize your registration to helps us complete logistical planning for the conference, including access to networking events and the gala dinner. Family members are also welcome to register and join us for these occasions.
