Evaluation of permanent deformation and material saving in gap-graded bituminous mix incorporating waste dimensional limestone as a filler

Reviewer's feedback:

Interesting work. Few of my queries:

1. You have made samples at respecttive OBC corresponding to 8-12% filler. I assume that the binder content also increased with higher filler content. In that case how can you attribute the decrease in the permanent deformation to type of filler only?

2. You havent discussed the specific gravity of the filler in the manuscript. I believe it has a bigger role to play.

3. Why dynamic creep is performed at 40 and 50 deg? I believe temperatures in India must be very high and it can be tested at 60 deg.

4. How you have accounted for absence of confinement in the dynamic creep test? The deformation may have accounted in the bulging of the sample.
