Micromechanical modelling of asphalt concrete mixtures with RAP modified binders: Upscaling sustainable pavement materials
Reviewer's feedback:
It would be more meaningful if provide more justification for why these both Mori-Tanaka and Generalized Self-Consistent models were selected over other possible models. What advantages do they offer in the context of RAP-modified binders? While the conclusion emphasizes the potential of micromechanical models to reduce laboratory testing, it would be beneficial to discuss how these models could be implemented in industry practices. Are there specific conditions under which they might be more or less effective?
