A novel approach is promised in the abstract to go beyond the normal image processing practices. However the asset management element is not really captured in the article. Also the case study acts as a demonstrator rather than a validation of concept, e.g., what is the real cost-benefit of the proposed approach and its effectiveness in prolonging asset's life. The paper did not have a standard structure. The paper, lacks introduction, method, results, and conclusion section. It looks like a poster for presenting a paper.
